Description

Participants will learn about resident birds and premigration, their habitat, feeding and breeding habitat.
A contiguous stretch of dense green cover across Sunder Nursery continues to the adjoining National Zoological Park, and the Batshewala complex provides a protected bird habitat for over 80 documented bird species.

About the Organisers

Mr. Ishtiyak Ahamad Manager is the Nature Education and Training Manager at Give Me Trees Trust, and he previously worked as an Education Officer in the BNHS, Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Department of Forest and Wildlife. He has expertise in thematic gardens like butterfly and medicinal gardens and takes regular walks on birds, butterfly trees, in different green zones of Delhi, and national parks too.

What do you need to do:
  • Be at the meeting point 15 minutes before time to have Maximum FUN and if you're late join in silently.
  • Keep your phones off your hands (preferred) during the walk.
  • Carry your own bottle of water.
